Diesel 1.6CDTi (Chain) Locking Kit - OPEL/VAUXHALL
AST5210 covers the procedures for setting/timing chain removal and installation of 1.6L four-cylinder \'B16\' diesel engines installed in a number of Opel/Vauxhall models from 2013 onwards.

The toothed chain is not located directly on the crankshaft, but the crankshaft gear has a mesh with an idle gear with a sprocket. The chain is guided around the HP pump and onto the intake camshaft, which drives the exhaust camshaft through meshed gears.

AST5210 refers to the procedures for mounting/dismantling and installing diesel engines in four cylinders for the 1.6 l "B16" according to the installation of new Opel/Vauxhall models from 2013.

The chaîne dentée is only situated in the direction of the vilebrequin, while the speed of the vilebrequin takes a gaze over a pinion fixe and a pinion. The chaîne is the guide to the pump HP and the structure of the entrance, which entrains the structure of the escape through the engrenages.
