Diesel Injector Seat Cutter Set

AST6125 Diesel Injector Seat Cutter Set provides a reliable method of removing carbon build-up and reworking the seating face of the cylinder head to ensure that the injectors can be correctly installed.



AST6125 comprises:

• Dummy injector post with guide nozzle for accurate alignment of the cuttter

• T-bar handle for controlled rotation of the cutter during the cleaning/reworking operation

• 4 seat cutting bits covering common injector sizes and seat forms:

- 15mm flat cutter, 19mm body diameter

- 17mm flat cutter, 17mm body diameter

- 17mm flat cutter, 19mm body diameter

- 17mm angled cutter, 21mm body diameter
