Steering rod removal/installation tool


Tools assist in removing and installing the inner steering linkages without having to completely disassemble the steering mechanism and remove it from the vehicle.
It is suitable for removing and installing tie rod nuts with an outer diameter of 35-45mm.
AST6136 can be used in combination with a 27mm wrench or a 1/2" drive rod, ratchet or torque wrench.

The through hole allows the steering rod to be placed into the body of the tool, where the rollers in the head firmly grip the steering rod nut in three places, creating a positive connection to remove or install the steering rod from the steering box.
