Universal suitable for supporting car engines.

Working on the operating side of the engine, for example when changing the timing belt, water pump, etc., is a daily activity in the workshop. So every mechanic knows the problem with transversely mounted engines when the lateral engine mounting has to be removed. Here the use of a support device, a motor crane or a motor bridge is unavoidable. In most cases, however, the work is only possible to a very limited extent, because the motor is then no longer properly secured or access is blocked by the devices.

The support device KL-0146-20 offers the right solution here.
Due to its special construction, the individually adjustable and large clamping hooks, the corresponding large contact surfaces and the unique attachment of the support device to the vehicle frame, the engine is secured in position and supported by the 100 mm large support plate. This gives the technician free access from above and below and at the same time a firmly held motor itself, e.g. when turning the motor shafts, loosening and tightening mounting screws, etc. The clamping hooks can be rotated 360° and can be installed universally, depending on the characteristics of the vehicle.

After the support or tension hooks have been hooked into the vehicle, they are clamped to the vehicle and the support. This prevents the support device from slipping or even slipping. The support device KL-0146-20 offers maximum safety for a universal area of application, without further necessary accessories such as vehicle-specific holders etc.
