Crankshaft pulley / vibration damper removal tool

for Mini W10 / W11

With this special tool the crankshaft pulley (vibration damper) can be safely removed from all Mini W11 engines with 1.6 l. It is specially designed with slotted holes to suit both types of W11 pulleys.
The tool kit also includes the thrust pin, which must be inserted into the crankshaft before installing the puller. The thrust pin prevents the nose of the crankshaft from being damaged by the puller.
On W10 engines, the bolt heads with the washers (M8) must be screwed into the bayonet behind the pulley. 3 washers and 3 x M8 nuts are required to attach to the pull plate.

W10, W11

1 x pressure plate Ø 100 mm with slotted holes (LK 30 mm-LK 85 mm)
1 x pressure screw with ball, M12 x 1, length 125 mm, SW19 mm
1 x pressure pin for screwing into the crankshaft, M12 x 1.75, length 100 mm, SW10
3 x screw M6 x 1, length 75 mm
3 x screw M8 x 1.25, length 75 mm
3 x washer M6
