Pressure tester / manometer for AdBlue® / SCR systems urea solution

Modern diesel emission systems have an integrated process for cleaning the exhaust gases. One of the most common systems does this by using a urea solution, such as AdBlue®, which is added before the catalytic converter to convert the nitrogen oxides leaving the engine into nitrogen and water. If such a system fails, the engine first switches to emergency operation. If the fault is not corrected, the OBD system may prevent the vehicle\'s engine from starting. The diagnostic routine for these SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction by Adblue® Injection) systems includes electronic pressure measurement via the OBD software and protocols, and dynamic pressure measurement via pressure test gauges.

This instrumentation allows manual testing to be performed quickly and easily and the plausibility of the sensors to be checked.
The system pressure is preferably measured directly at the injector of the dosing module or directly at the pump in series.
Please note: it is not permitted to move the vehicle while the pressure test set is connected.
The measuring tool set consists of a pressure manometer with quick couplings, extension hoses are also included to attach the test set in inaccessible places.
